Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Joshhosted Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
